The date and time for the competition draw can be found on the entry page for each competition. Each draw will go ahead at the designated time, no matter how many tickets are sold.

Traditional draws

Each of our traditional draws can be viewed live on our Facebook and YouTube pages for everyone to enjoy. We use Google Randon Number Generator random number to select the winner. To demonstrate that we are live, we read out comments and respond to customer enquiries as we proceed. If a traditional draw does not sell out and the first number generated is not sold, we will continue generating new numbers until a winner is found.

Instant wins

Instant win competitions are won by obtaining a ticket number that corresponds to a number on the predetermined prize list. If your ticket numbers align with any of the numbers on the prize list, you will win that prize instantly! End prizes are categorised as traditional draws.

Automated draws

Our automated draws resemble traditional draws, but they do not include a live draw. We employ PHP code to randomly generate a winning number at the time of the draw. The winner will be notified and announced on our ‘Draw Results’ page.

There are 3 ways in which you can find your ticket number(s) for a draw.
1. When you enter a competition your ticket numbers can be found on the confirmation page.
2. Ticket numbers can ben found in the confirmation email sent to the email address assigned to your account.
3. Log into your account, go to ‘my account’ and click on ‘my tickets’ to see your ticket numbers.

Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if we do not receive a successful payment.

If you enter a traditional or automated draw that doesn’t sell out, the draw will still occur, giving you a better chance of winning compared to a sold-out draw! Each draw is guaranteed to happen at the date and time specified on the entry page. All tickets sold remain valid, and we will continue to generate random numbers until a winner is found. Any instant win prizes that remain unclaimed by the competition’s deadline will be forfeited, but every ticket purchased will still be part of the final prize draw, if applicable.

We are a fully registered limited company in the UK since June 2025 and since then have grown a huge list of winners. We run prize draws which are fully compliant with the Gambling Act of 2005. We have 5 star reviews on Facebook, Google, and Trustpilot which are built up from both winners and customers that play regular competitions. We do all of our live draws on Facebook and Youtube for everyone to watch and we donate a percentage of our profts to charities.

We send out SMS, emails and app notification to all customers who register with us as part of our core service.

We never send spam, we only send communications to those who are registered to our service. If you are receiving spam messages please contact us and we can verify what you have received and whether it is from us.

Instant win competitions have predetermined prizes with numbers allocated to them at the time the competition launches. If you buy a ticket into a competition with instant wins and one or more of your ticket numbers match the list of predetermined numbers, you will win the prize(s) allocated to it. Some instant win competitions have an ‘end prize’ where every entry purchased into the instant win competition will be entered to win the end prize, drawn as a traditional or automated draw at the end of the competition.

To stop SMS notifications: Use the Opt out link on the SMS – this will unsubscribe you from all of our SMSs.
To stop Email notifications: Use the Unsubscribe on the bottom of the emails you receive.
To stop receiving both email and SMS you can also email us at: unsubscribe@infinitycompetitions.co.uk
To stop receiving app notifications: You can do this on your device settings or by removing the app. This is not something we can control from our end.
